We are a wholesale distributor. We do not sell to the individual consumer. If you are currently a customer of ours or qualify as a future customer of ours you may arrange to pick up your orders as "will call". You must however place your orders ahead of time through our order desk Monday - Friday 8 am - 4 pm (650)877-0724. Please allow 24 hours for us to process your will call. In emergency situations only, please allow 3-4 hours for processing.
Mondays: 10 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Tuesday-Friday: 8 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
We sell to many retail stores, including the following grocery chains: Andronico's, Lunardi's, Mollie Stone's, New Leaf, Whole Foods, Nugget Markets (Greater Sacramento Area). We also sell to many smaller markets, delis, specialty gourmet shops, and wine shops.
Yes. Our eastern border for shipping is generally considered the Rocky Mountains, though there are exceptions. We ship as far north as Seattle, south to Southern California & Ariziona and as far west as Guam. The customer is responsible for freight. Again, we do not ship to the individual consumer.
No. Our website is not set up for online orders. Customer service is a top priority for Italfoods and we want to speak with you in person, take your order, ask about the kids, make that connection. So please, call our customer service line (650)877-0724 between the hours of 8 a.m - 4 p.m. or speak with your Sales Representative to place your order.
