In 1980, Agriform was created on the initiative of nine dairies that joined forces with the goal of promoting the dairy productions of the Veneto cooperative. Agriform specializes in the ageing and marketing in Italy and abroad of Grana Padano and other typical cheeses closely linked to the dairy tradition of the Veneto territory. Agriform fully reflects the spirit of this region, dedicating itself to dairy products made following local tradition, such as Protected Designation of Origin cheeses: Grana Padano, Asiago, Piave, Montasio, and Monte Veronese, obtained with special attention to the protection of the territory, the history, the raw materials used and the original production methods. Agriform adds experience, skill and professionalism to this with state-of-the-art technologies and quality controls through all production phases of the cheeses, in order to bring its excellence to all tables in Italy and abroad.

ORO DEL MASO - AGED 10-12 MONTHS - WEDGEBrand: AGRIFORMOro del Maso is made using fresh cow’s milk from the mountain pastures in the Dolomite mountains of Alto Adige. The cows graze the land, are fed GMO free forage and drink fresh spring water from the mountains. The cheese is hand-made in copper vats following traditional production methods of grana Padano. It is a straw-yellow, hard cheese. The maturation of between 10- 12 months gives it its typical features such as a crumbly texture, full aroma and intense flavor. Extremely versatile, Oro del Maso cheese can be consumed in many ways. It is particularly suited for grating and it goes nicely with pasta dishes and soups. It can also be enjoyed in slivers as a starter, combined with sparkling white wines from Alto Adige, or as a main dish or at the end of a meal, paired with full-bodied wines like Pinot Noir or Lagrein. The cheese is Halal certified. |

Montasio is a typical table cheese from the region of Friuli Venezia Giulia and northeastern Veneto. It is a semi-hard cooked cheese made with pasteurized cow's milk, compact, white or straw-yellow in color with regular uniform holes. Initially the light brown colored rind is smooth, elastic and compact, becoming dry over time. The paste becomes more close-textured and flaky as the cheese matures.Montasio Fresco (fresh), aged from 2 to 4 months, has a mild and mellow flavor with hints of milk. |
