The Bartolini Farm, is situated in Umbria, a place of excellence for the production of extra virgin olive oil as well as other traditional farm products. Since 1850, when Antonio Bartolini, wanted to build a small oil mill near Arrone with an animal drawn mill for the pressing of the olives, the family business has combined tradition with avant-garde production in order to offer a wide range of high quality products. In Umbria the culture of olive trees has ancient origins and it has been practiced all over the area. Olives and olive oil represent a cultural heritage so deeply embedded in the society that it has contributed to the region’s economic development. From humble beginnings, originates the history of the Bartolini family.
