In 1953 Joseph Calabro, together with his father, Salvatore, began serving and delivering their fresh Ricotta, Mozzarella, and Sausage to the "mom and pop" stores, as well as to the families of Fairfield and New Haven counties. Today, Calabro Cheese continues to bring its award winning cheeses to fans all over the country. Calabro never uses fillers, preservatives, or rBHT milk in their cheeses.
