In 1916, Antonio Asaro, started working his first olive mill in Partanna, Sicily. His two sons, Thomas and Nicola began the Asaro Brothers Company in 1926. In 1936, they began to export to the United States. Besides the excellent olive oil that the Asaro Brothers Company produces under several different labels, they also use package their Castelvetrano olives in foodservice and retail sizes for all to enjoy.

County Fair. It is a Monovarietal olive oil: only made with “Nocellara del Belice” olives, from the province of Trapani, in Sicily. The Nocellara del Belice gives it a very rich flavor profile,with notes of artichokes & almonds and a peppery finish. A filtered extra virgin olive oil, only produced in October. Very low acidity (typically around 0.3%). Very versatile oil: it can be used for finishing, dipping and also cooking. Early harvest – First cold pressed EVOO from Nocellara del Belice olives.
