This Crema di Peperoncino—hot pepper spread—immediately delights with its vibrant orange-red color and an irresistible aroma of sweet paprika and ripe tomato. Made primarily with Peperoni di Senise, a local variety of sweet pepper, its flavor is rich and bell pepper-forward, finishing with a southern Italian kick thanks to a touch of fiery Diavolicchi peppers.
